Bhai pronation exercise karne ka sahi tarika sahi position batado, kyuki 2 tarike se pronation exercise kar chuka hu ek tarike se wrist cup position me hor ek straight wrist position me curl marte hue. Samajh ni ara konsi sahi position hai, hor is exercise me wrist pain bhi hua hai down side me exercise ke samaya.

Great video Tushar Bhai 💪❤️. Pronation ki value pata chal gyi because I don't train pronation much as I'm a hooker😅 but ab train karoonga👍😁. Ek doubt hai bus ki hamari pronation aur cupping me kitna difference hona chahiye?? I mean agar kisi ki cupping 30kg hai toh pronation me kitna weight ho toh sahi rahega?? Pronation cupping se zyada hona chahiye ya cupping pronation se?? Please tell😊🙏❤

Dekho Aisa kuch difference nhi hai But generally what i have seen people who do both pronation and cupping in Cable Difference 20 kg pronation and 30kg cup Aisa kuch hota hai Har bande ka alag hota hai But but the main important thing is Apki form shi honi chahiye

If you play deep hook them don't train pronation just focus on main element like cupping side pressure drag and biciep strenght rather than pronation it is totally waste of time for deep hooker 🎉

Tushar bhiya jo apne 1 march 2024 ke video me apne tendon ke pain ko check karne ke liye bataya tha wo maine kiya to Ring finger ko chor kar baki sabhi finger se pressure lagane par mere tendon me pain feel ho raha he or me jabhi sirf curls lagane ke liye koi wieght utha ta hu to uthane wakt bass 2 seconds ke liye mere tendon me pain rehta he or fir thik ho jata he jabki me wo weight uthaya hi rehta hu aisa kyu ho raha he 😕

This means you have minor tears in Tendons So you need rest mere bhai Take rest Do those therapies and in 2 to 3 days everything will be fine
