The alcohol-based solution for hand hygiene is now part of the WHO essential medicines list .Local production of the alcohol-based handrub is an alternative to commercial products. Although adapted to contexts with limited resources, it is essential to respect the Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure the quality, efficacy and safety of the product.

What are your recommendations on use of Carbopol? Should a sublimation mixer be used? or would an industrial kitchen hand mixer be alright. Will this formula reduce skin 'micro flaking' where C-19 can be trapped? Why don't you reply to any of the other peoples comments?

@Nature House Inc But if instead 417ml 3% hydrogen peroxide I would use 41,7ml 30% hydrogen peroxide? That is impossible too?

Hydrogen Peroxide has to be diluted to get 3% by using this formula 30/3 =10 so one equal part of hydrogen peroxide of 30% mix it with 10 parts (equal) of distilled or boiled water and then you will get hydrogen peroxide of 3%
