@@TheVacCorner Your location makes no difference in choosing the voice file, the model number and firmware of the GPS will be the main factor. Some older and very popular TTS voices do not work on the newer Garmin units. To see the list of all compatible voices for your device you need to connect the GPS to your computer then download and run Garmin Web Updater, it will give you the list of all available options. Make sure it is not Garmin Express but GarminWebUpdater.exe

No problem, you don't have to throw it away, there are updates for it and it still works great. The only issue is that it only supports up to 2GB of SD Card, and you can't put the entire United States on the SD Card. So you have to split it between the SD Card and the GPS Internal Memory.

Yes you can fit the UK and Ireland maps but not the entire European maps on it.

All USB Chargers are 5V DC regardless of the make and model, however the current differs. On some chargers it's 500ma, 1A, 1.5A, 2.0A, and 2.5A the best one is 2.5A that charges the GPS the fastest. However all the other ones will also charge it at a slower pace.

Hi, that means the voice files are incompatible with your DriveSmart 55 MT-S. Try Garmin Web Updater it will only download the compatible voices to your device in any language of your choice.

@@darkpro4776 No Garmin Express does not allow multi-languages, use GarminWebUpdater.exe you can download it from Garmin's website.

That depends on the exact model number of your Garmin GPS. On some models it goes inside the G:\Garmin/voices folders, and in the newer models, it goes inside G:\.system/voices folder. Greetings, unfortunately it is not compatible with any other OS except for the Garmin's native firmware. However you could install the Garmin App on both Windows CE, and Android device.
