By now you know, I love Brioches, I love breakfast and I love kneading! So what better way to bring all my cravings together than to make these BRIOCHE PASTA, but with a dough WITHOUT EGGS!
They come FRAGRANT as you will hear on video and read to eat (it seems to have eaten nothing) you would eat 2 - 3 in a row!
You will see it is simple but with some long waiting times (necessary for success)! But the Peña is worth it I assure you!

Ingredients: for 8 large pieces
500 g Flour 0 (or in any case for leavened products)
250 ml Water (room temperature)
60 g Sugar
50 ml Milk (replaceable with water)
8-10 g fresh brewer's yeast (or 4 dry)
50 g Butter for the dough
50 g Butter for peeling
1 pinch of salt
Vanilla or lemon
Nutella or similar (or melted dark chocolate)
Egg or milk for brushing
Powdered sugar
