It's a good song but it doesn't feel fitting for a show like this. Like every episode ends in a dark note and then this cute sounding song plays.

The staff are really passionate about Tengoku, you can really see it from every aspect of the adaptation, but more so of the effort put into collecting the individuals working on every episode, heck, they even got the industry legend Yamashita to key-animate on it, that it in itself is an achievement.

and some people treat it like nothing special like giving it a 6/10 just because of grape scene like I understand it's really sensitive for a lot of people but there's no way just that can ruin such a well written story they just want their sugar coated happy ending everytime

アニメから原作追った勢だが最新刊まで読んだら見え方がガラッと変わる素晴らしいed。特に0:57以降魚のヒルコがゆったり海を泳いでるのも、トキオがコナからもらったボールを一瞬大事そうに抱えるのも、今までは何でもないカットだったはずなのに…たまらない気持ちになる

EDを別に見る時と作品を見て見る時のEDのイメージが一つ一つ違って感じられるのが本当に.. (笑)自然でありながら改めて不思議だね。導入の吟醸が作品演出の文法でありながら音楽的に調和してとても驚いた。この作品は青磁へのアクセスの良いディテールが気に入っている

This anime is weird. The Ending song sounds so energetic and delightful. While Opening song sounds a bit of a dark reality and depression. Which is totally the complete contrary to the other animes.
