Probably you saw in movies that defibrillator was used in the case of a flat-line heart rhythm (asystole). But can it really help?

Could you discuss the Agonal Rhythm, and also, ASYSTOLE WITH P Waves? I don't see any videos on KZfaq talking about ASYSTOLE WITH P Waves! Where there are occasional P Waves.

You just explained that in some cases a defibrillator works. In TV shows and movies, the minutia of what you just explained is not important and would take too long to explain and therefore has no real point, unless you're doing a detail-oriented medical show. The REAL myth in TV shows and movies is that you can save people who's heart has stopped by CPR alone.

false. in real life doctors don’t attempt to shock during a flatline. in all true cases of asystole defibrillation will not work. did you watch the video? the ONLY thing that can save a patient that is flatlining is cpr (the chances of success aren’t the greatest but it’s much better than nothing) the only reason shocking might work is due to a measurement glitch.
