Introduce a DASHBOARD with MLA NAME .. and let the Dashboard depict a number of times MLA Violate the rules. How many minutes one MLA spoke cumulative should be shown like Cricket Dashboard. This is needed. Every minute of MLA is to be recorded as they are public servants . for MLA there should not be any private life. If they have a problem resign and become a common man. everyone knows what is the attraction to become MLA 1. MLA NAme -- Numbeet time spoke -- Total Minutes spoke -- Number of times overshoot .. Number of warnings, etc.. --Let this dashboard flash that upfront

All MLA conduct should be recorded and any violation should be counted. If it crosses mutually agreed level MLA should be debarred from the house and not allowed to contest the next election. MLA should not feel he or she has got a free ticket to talk about anything inside the house. There should be fear of disqualification and not being able to stand for the next election. This is a must. Everyone knows what is the major attraction to become MLA and minister. This attraction is certainly not service to people it is something else
