I improved my hair by following these: Having more and more Vitamin C from lemon, orange, kiwi, 8 hours of adequate sleep daily, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fish like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 20 - 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure shampoo, oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion twice a week. This is good to control hair fall.

My twa stage was my favorite stage. Easy to maintain. Hair was always healthy looking, shiny. And dat fro! So many compliments, I think I was always smiling. But, I wanted “long hair” and has had a medium length plateau for 10 years. Still want long hair, but I be lusting after a short fro. My short twists were so cute too. I just want those Queen Quet twists 🥰

Thank you Green Beauty! I love you! ❤ 😊 Yes, my hair is exactly at this short length, TWA. I was maintaining it so well, then got depression again and just couldn't motivate myself to tend to it, so for almost a month my hair has not been washed, moisturized or put into twists! I have 3 large spots on my scalp now; I've never had spots on my scalp before! One of them scabbed and I kept on picking the scab and have now made it worse...i'm worried. Can I send you photos, so you can tell me what to do? It's a mess! But I feel well enough to make an effort, so tommorow I will be washing my hair, using your wonderful clay recipe: Benzonite, Rhasoul, and Kaolin clay mixed with ACV and oil in my hair. This will be followed up by using an oil mix I made using 3 of the highest percent, organic penetrative oils in my scalp and hair folicles and ending it with a sealant oil for my strands. THIS IS AN ADD ON I forgot to say, thank you for your hair products, they have actually grown my hair, despite what I wrote, that is, like I said due to a lack of maintenance NOT YOUR OUTSTANDING AND INCREDIBLE HAIR PRODUCTS!

Hi. I love your channel and always learn when I'm here. I find that when I wear a Wash n Go week after week, my hair length does not move. I'm stuck between the "Don't touch" and the "Always keep your hair moisturized". How often should hair be moisturized while wearing a twa in order to retain length? And btw - It's headed towards Winter time in NYC now. Should a twa be rocked or would a protective style be a better option? Thanks so much in advance.

I’m at that back length now… for months I’m just realizing I don’t understand my hair anymore, a little more difficult to manage, takes longer to wash at home, until I went to the salon and got my first press (stretching) since I went natural, I realized my hair is past my shoulder already. Thinking about getting locs, but my hair is so damaged!!! I truly did better with locs, but I want to ensure my scalp and follicles have a far better advantage first. Start right, stay right. Even if I have to chop my TWA, I just want to take care of what God gave me! I’ve been watching your videos since 2016, mainly for my kids. While my hair fell by the wayside. I never truly understood my hair. Perms and chemicals all throughout childhood…ugh, it’s tiring, but I think this time, I will make my hair stronger and healthier.
