I love the music of Wynton Marsalis, and his late father too. This morning I heard about the passing of Ellis Marsalis, and all I can say, is that I had tears in my eyes, and I couldn't stop crying. RIP Ellis!

Ellis Marsalis.....Unfortunate that he’s no longer with us, but he left this world with wonderful legacy behind him.

If I don’t hear this song a 100 times a day, I loose my mind. Incredible composing, arrangement, and performance.

For those of you who haven't played much music(especially jazz), but enjoy to listen, it should be noted that Carlos Henriquez (the bassist) singing with is solo is very impressive; he is able to play the idea he is singing as it is on his bass, something that many people never come close to being able to do on any instrument.

Many people don’t know this, but the best musician on that stage is Jason Marsalis on Drums. I have seen him live, listened to how he plays, and he astounds me every time. While wynton has contributed so much to the jazz scene, both Ellis and I know that the unappreciated talent lies in Jason.
