So very sad 😭I felt so bad for mom. Had me in tears. Mom moaning and crying so horrible. Unfortunately this is the reality of being a dog breeder. My heart also went out to the precious baby chicks. God bless them all. Keep us posted

😢😢😢😢😢 poor Nefi. This is why I thank God for you and all of the good breeders out there because I wouldn't be able to deal with the puppies passing away. Poor mom looking up at the camera and looking for her babies ughhhhh...makes me so sad. I wished I lived closer so I could help. Congrats on the Frenchies positive tests!

My heart aches for poor Nefi. She tried so hard by herself. Her pain of loss is so tangible in this video. Hopefully if you breed her again, you'll let her keep one pup to raise. That was definitely a challenging day for you all.

I raised chickens for 20 years, I love y’all for doing all this, but I just want to let you know, if you are selling eggs are eating eggs, collect them every day, and always mark a couple eggs and leave them alone and they will keep laying, and I am so sorry about the pups, very sad.

Yeah with all the construction I didn’t get them all… plus I’ve started hatching them myself… hence the baby chicks in the nursery. It’s a daily grind as you know 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🐤

I feel for both Nefi and you in this video. I breed rabbits for meat and had a simular experience with one of my first kindlings. On watch, fell asleep, woke to a dead litter and stressed mum. Sad days happen, but I am glad you are such a caring breeder. You really love your dogs alot. I have so much respect for you guys, as you are currently living my dream haha. Erica, The puppies passing away got to me so bad. I cried the snot ugly cry. My heart was so heavy and the sad part was when Nefi was looking for her puppy and she started moaning 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Can I ask what was in the tubes at the end? I saw yellow but I also saw red so I don’t want to assume, I don’t know too much about breeding animals.

The tube contains a substance that will separate the coagulant from the clear serum. The serum that remains after you spin it in the centrifuge will contain the relaxin hormone that we're testing for in the event the dog is pregnant

Not being rude or shall I say out of my ignorance, did you check her when you found the first pup deceased? Nefi is a Beatles Girl! Her pups are true Titans😘 I just remember you never left their side in the beginning when they went into labor. I can't stop crying. The music told the story before the end. Thank you for the journey. It is very loving, caring, information, calming, therapeutic and honest. Keep up the great work. 😘💜

Yes. I thought I’d collected all the fertile eggs 🥚 and put them in the incubator. I didn’t think to check these 🤦🏻‍♀️

Oh this is so sad. Poor Poor Nefi! You’ve learnt the hard way that when you have a singleton or tiny litters like that mum needs to be VERY closely monitored by a professional who’s in the room and theatre should be prepped ready for a c-section at any moment if mum is struggling 😢 also if you shine a torch on the eggs you can see if they’ve been fertilised. Watching you just kill chicks Willy nilly isn’t nice, you even said you shouldn’t really break the eggs and then broke another 😨 5 helpless babies died in this video but I do commend you for sharing your mistakes and highlighting the dark side

I wonder if this DOG will NEED the HELP of a HUMAN the 3rd Time around? This Dog has had 2 UNSUCCESSFUL pregnancies due to the SIZE of the pups. Sad the dog had to go through the loss again. One can only hope the next time a VET who KNOWS what their doing is BROUGHT in to HELP. This Dog may not be ABLE to give BIRTH to such LARGE pups. A C-Section maybe the BEST CHOICE for the future large pups. The TOUCHING moment is when you hear the MOM cry for her dead pups😓🙏🏿🕊️.
