being hispanic I always kinda separated liking twenty one pilots from being hispanic if that makes sense, like it’s a surreal thing to see the band that I jokingly say “whitewashed” me being in mexico speaking Spanish, it makes me feel at home in a way i’ve never felt before

Wait no this is totally relatable. Never heard anyone else say this I feel so validated. You’re so right, it feels kinda weird hearing them being in a environment where Spanish is the main language. It’s like something switches in my brain and I’m like “oh yeah, I’m hispanic.”

@@oywiththepoodlesalreadytbh it would be nice to experience them in a Spanish speaking country I got to see them for the 1st time in Nashville with my cousin and there really wasn’t many Hispanics there so I wonder what the vibe would be like in latin America , although I just noticed that before the show bc at the show all of that was a blur bc the show was absolutely amazing .

tiene un titulo de traductor, en donde se estudia el idioma español arduamente para entenderlo, así que no le veo el problema

@@conivnce Sí, hizo un trabajo tan arduo que le decía constantemente Taylor a Tyler, no tradujo los chistes hasta que el mismo artista -que no sabe hablar español- se lo exigió, tradujo "tracks" como discos aun cuando en el contexto de la oración esa palabra no tiene nada de sentido, no tradujo la broma de los billones completa haciendo ver a Tyler como un creído, tradujo "live concerts" como "espectáculos en directo" y muchos más errores básicos que una persona profesional definitivamente no cometería. Y lo peor de todo es que no traducía las frases completas, se saltó toda la parte en la que Tyler dice que quiere tocar Midwest Indigo y Oldies Station y que espera que a los fans nos guste porque revisando sus stems sintió que serán canciones que definitivamente van a estar en el set list.

@@Lander98 es facil para vos viendo un video en la comodidad de tu casa en el cual podes pausarlo para entender, recorda que él estaba en una conferencia de prensa, con un tiempo limite y donde todos tenían que hablar, el error de llamarlo taylor sucedio solo dos veces y es muy común ya que son dos nombres parecidos y lo de los chistes es obvio que tyler solo estaba bromeando. otra vez, él es el que trabaja de traductor, no vos.

@@conivnce Su trabajo como profesional es ser capaz de mantener el ritmo de la conversación en si traducción y que, pese a no traducir todo, pueda al menos mantener las ideas clave y más importantes de la charla. Llamarle al artista por un nombre incorrecto no es un error común, es una falta de respeto y un gravísimo error, y precisamente por eso que mencionas me parece un traductor deplorable porque yo que soy un cualquiera sin estudios de ese tipo pude comprender perfectamente lo que decían sin pausar ni atrasar el video. Además, los chicos utilizan un lenguaje muy básico en sus entrevistas como para que omitas detalles importantes de sus respuestas.
