One tip that helps a ton is when dodging keep your clicks close to your characters feet. You can do quick turns like that really quick just clicking on either side of the hitbox.

The pure AP true damage twitch build is quite good, Shadowflame, mejai, rabbadon, zhongya, banshee. All items gives alot of AP and armor mr. I played with only attack speed from boots and constantly get good damage with over 50% true damage to champions.

Something tells me that, if you built a BoRK, they'd try to not only have 6 MR items, but also 6 Armor items right next to them, per person. Don't ask me how. With enough duct tape, spite, bailing wire, and more spite, some players will try to accomplish anything.
