I’ve watched a couple twitter beginner tutorials but none of them came even close to the level of detail and thoroughness that your video does. I recently found myself needing to connect directly with my ISP to resolve an issue before it escalates into a major problem and the only 3 options they provide are by phone, facebook, or through twitter. The phone option only made things worse and I’m morally apposed to anything involving facebook which left twitter to look like it was the logical choice but thanks to your concise and efficiently organized tutorial I know now what a ridiculous waste of time twitter is. I will admit though, the way you kept mentioning competition was starting to peak my curiosity but once I figured out what constitutes a gift in the world of twitter I came to the conclusion that whatever it is that qualifies as a competition in twitterdom will probably be just as obtuse. I will say though that you make a really good tutorial and your organizational skills are absolutely stupendous ……

Great vid. One thing I didn't see covered or maybe I missed it, was how to efficiently embed a youtube video into a tweet. I'm new to twitter and seem to be doing something wrong. My vids never look as good as the more established twitter users. I've looked everywhere and can't find a good explanation into what i'm doing wrong.

The fact that it takes you 30 mins to tell a beginner how to do it just goes to prove how fecking difficult it is!! I created an account 18 months ago, I've been trying to make sense of it ever since, I've tweeted (I think) many BBC people but not a clue if they've received it or replied!! I'm sticking to email, at least you know it has been sent, the email server tells you so.

how do you find the original story of a tweet of a tweet of a tweet? bc I get notifications of a response to one of my tweets (to an original entry abt a story), then I respond to it. then what happens is we have a conversation but I cannot find the original story that started the conversation in the first place. that being said, I will have responses to tweets where I can't go back and see what I said, and what the topic is.
