Yep. We left in 2017. We were amazed at how much lower stressed the people in our new state were. The standard of living was quite a bit higher as everyone still had boats, RVs, other recreational toys. Most important, they still had time to be with their kids and actually raise them to be decent people. I feel bad for the friends back in CA that can't/won't see that CA is not the great place they are told it is.

So, any one of those empty buildings could be opened up to letting homeless people stay.... With very little cost it would be a better living condition than living on the street. If the city had any compassion the homeless would be triaged by care needed be it mental help, drug addiction care, or just haircuts, new clothes ect.....They cannot live on the street period...Anybody that would want that, as a right, is in need of mental help themselves.
