Jazz Man well Charlie fucked him by fucking his lawyer. This scene proves that Charlie doesn’t actually hate Alan. He finds him distasteful but he doesn’t hate him.

Ridiculous. There are two people in a marriage. Alan is a grown man and should live on his own. What was portrayed in this sitcom is unrealistic as no lawyer would screwed over a client due to a personal relationship. At any rate, if Charlie really wanted to marry her, as soon as Alan moved out he would have tried to get her back.

This is what made this Two and a Half men an immortal show, although on the surface is a comedy about a bunch of jokers, it was driven by complex charismatic characters. Here we see that Charlie was not just a sleaze bag, he cared tremendously for his brother and nephew, he was full of flaws but balanced by equally great virtues.

He dates so many women and the ones that he considered getting serious with were various levels of the qualities he sees in his mother - scheming, controlling. While the one night stands let him have control and release. However, yes, with Chelsea he did see for her brain and a genuine future. I love Berta's line "You're not only whipped, you're shod, saddled and gelded." 😂

What I found ironic is that many claim that only Chelsea was the only bad girlfriend. This scene pretty much sums up what was Charlie's relationship with Mia. She was very controlling and failed to change him so she wants to change his house instead. They seem to forget how bad Mia was.

You can’t blame Charlie because he didn’t want to throw out his brother and nephew especially since he didn’t know if they’d be okay. Mia isn’t to blame either because she probably did think it’d be her and Charlie alone since it’s them that’s getting married. They should’ve decided this when they first decided to get married.

Mia never talked about that with Charlie before the wedding. She waited until it was practically official and she assumed she was gonna get her way again and start controlling Charlie's life AGAIN. Alan and Jake were there first and you don't come in between your spouse and the family unless it's serious which it wasn't.. yes Alan was a mooch but he wasn't mean to Mia and Jake was just a kid. Instead of understanding that she leaves bc it was always her way or the highway. Then she tried coming back years later thinking Charlie would still be available and tried to ruin his engagement with Chelsea. It sucks the writers made Mia into a snake bc she could have been the one for Charlie, or Chelsea. But what was Charlie Harper if he wasn't single, mingling, and drinking all the time?
