Two kids wheel their scale trail trucks around the incredible city scale trail park at the Calgary Blackfoot Motocross/RC track! I received a message from a fella named Austin who watches our KZfaq show with his son Stephen!
They have been long time viewers - and were driving up from the USA to Canada to have a family visit. On their trip - it was requested that they could meet with us.. and possibly go for a trail run. Well.. this was our journey! What a great time.. and a special shout out to Austin, and his boy!
Maurice and I had lots of fun with you.. thanks for meeting with us! The hobby of Radio Control is truly incredible and brings people together from far and wide!
After setting up some gate markers (which makes a great way to play follow the leader!), the Two boys headed out together on the trail.. and I was lucky enough to capture this memory so these guys can have a little something extra to remember their trip to Canada!
Maurice was Driving a Traxxas TRX4 Ford Raptor
Steven was Driving a HPI Crawler King Ford Bronco
Both of these trucks are electric - and 1/10th scale

Looks like an awesome scale park I live in Florida and we have RRW Krawl zone about an hour and a half away from me my brothers and I go when we all have off work, it's great to see the quality family time

I wish there were guys like you here in Pottstown PA. The r/c hobby used to be big here in the 80's and early 90's, but now it's almost completely dead.I guess kids would rather play video games.

Ive been gone for a little bit due to some extremely tough life events involving my family. But I'm glad I chose today to come back. Little Morris was out there trailing like a boss, just like his dad. Thanks for sharing this one Aaron, really made my day!! As always keep up the good work!

Looking good, the TRX-4 seems really god for Maurice, because when he shows the patience the car got potential for him an he flys through the field. Stevens Monster looks savage, but what it lack in turning angel it have in wheel size! :D God video and a really nice track - seeing that even tempt me to offroad xD

@@TheRealRCSparks - Who else here wishes they were Stephen, he's so cool, he even got to meet you lol. If I got to meet you, I'd probably freak out, YOU ARE AWESOME! I always wanted to drive my Traxxas bandit on your course lol. That would be awesome, they have some here in Ohio, but we never have time in my family, I can barely get out without having to do something. I love helping but somedays, I just want to get out. Plus, Ohio to Canada, is pretty far away depending on where you live in Canada. My mom and my sister went to Canada once, from Lake Erie. Have a good day! +1 subscriber.

These young men drive about as good as I do..lol Really impressed with how well the Crawler King did, I was within minutes of ordering me one to make into a Mud/Mega Truck, then I rechecked the tire size and clearance I would have for the King Slings, ended up going TRX4 Sport with lift kit. Wouldn't matter either one for electronics, plan on swapping out to a 2650kv (I want to drive through mud, not hydroplane across the top). The Crawler King also had me looking up a lot of extra upgrades for the steering. Still think it would have looked the most realistic though. But enough about that.. truly a trip that Mo and Stephen will remember and thanks to Aaron, can replay and share with their friends. Just a happy time watching this and cheering them on.

Side hills are the HPI Wheely/Crawler Kings weakness, they love to torque twist. So glad to see one out on the scale park. Steven did really well for running the course on the stiff monster truck tires. If Steven or his dad read this; a different set of tires with a little weight in the front tires only really helps the truck keep the front end down and GPM makes some better axle shafts for it. The truck doesn't need much else to preform really well. I have bashed mine for over a year and it will go just about anywhere my friends' Axial Deadbolt or his Losi Nightcrawler will go, and it has held up better than either of those two trucks. And big props to Moe for how well he ran the course. Looks like both kids had a great time.

That was an awesome video enjoyed every bit of it. I got my son into it now with the 1/24 scale. With a few other buddies of mine and my girlfriend and we are going to start building some dirt boxes and see where we go from there. And person videos up later on see if we can do this KZfaq challenge

Honestly I think this is the best video I've seen so far it show's people that doesn't matter where you live RC unites is all, the boys had an epic crawl to which made it even better am looking forward to bringing my daughter up there to crawl a bit on my vacation. And to boot she got ya on KZfaqgold with the buying food with gold we laughed for fifteen minutes. Conveyors look great too.
