Sir In Meta stable state ,how a photon excited to atom for come to ground state, If the atom is excited then may be it again go to higher state due excited

It is because the energy given to metastable state photons are not sufficient, that's why photons are moving toward ground state.

It's like some e- loose their energy i.e spontaneous emission......and some e- are interacted with photons and stimulated emission occur and we'll see laser......(This is what I understood)

Two level laser is possible practically but it ain’t efficient.Basically achieving population inversion in two level is difficult as there is only ground state and excited state meta stable state is only for milliseconds so it requires strong pumping to achieve population inversion .So it can be done but is very costly and inefficient.It is like opposing the flow of water in a waterfall
