The problem I see is that you can't put much weight in the trailer without the wheels tilting in at the top. The problem is too much clearance in your home-made bearings and too much flex in the rest of the mechanism. This is my opinion based on my experience with both of my welded trailers. I think a practical load weight limit might be about 30kg. I have loaded my trailers with 50kg loads. Once with steel weights. The other times with sand. An electric assist would have been useful but the problem with moving that much weight is stopping. I do like the idea of a suspension to provide a better ride for the load. When I make another trailer I would like to design that in.
