30 Minute Guided Meditation on how “two things can be true”. I love to take concepts that I find intriguing and meditate on it. This meditation is a concept that I received from Dr. Becky Kennedy’s book “Good Inside” and turned it into a meditation. Dr. Becky shares how two things can be true in any given experience. This concept gives us permission to accept the reality of a particular circumstance and move through it with more heartfelt compassion and acceptance.

What an important subject to meditate on Becky. Even though we only exist in duality culturally we have been brainwashed to believe only singularity is possible. Thank you again for making time for such a great recording.
