Thank you for sharing. Yes, it's SO upsetting, ads in the middle of meditations are never a good idea, unfortunately KZfaq throws them in and it's out of my control currently. KZfaq grants creators who have certain subscribership criteria the ability to turn off ads, I'm not there yet with subscribership but we are close!!! Please hang in there with me as we'll get to turn off ads soon enough. By the way- I share these meditations from my heart and receive zero income from these meditations. Once we do get functionality from KZfaq to turn off ads there will be zero ads while meditating. I appreciate you hanging in there with me for the time being. Really good advice for just about anyone…whether I’m connecting to spirit or a Higher Power or my own Soul. An intuitive knowingness is far more vague and harder for my mind to grasp..compared to becoming aware of my limitations and toxic patterns standing in between my awareness and my intuition.

We experience our intuition as that subtle and quite confident knowing as compared to our loud unhelpful inner dialogue and impulsive habits. Being the loving awareness of it ALL is the key when it comes to seeing the differences. Are we living from our hearts or from the layers of past pain? This discovery starts with our awareness, compassion, and love.

I believe that when we are no long at war within we will naturally be no longer at war in our outside world. Thank you for saying all of that. The way the connection to my intuition is supporting me these days is by affirming in me that I can make my own judgements about what is going on in this realm. Too many times I get caught up in what philosophers say, what spiritual teachers say, etc, that I lose my own footing and feel disconnected from making my own judgements regarding what reality is all about. ❤@@beckyhesseltinePsychicMedium

The best meditation isn't the emptyness of the mind, but its fullfilness by the Word of God, by Its reading, reflection, thinking of the beauty of the creation, landscapes, and it can be broadened by the attention to the senses, the sounds, the breath, based on the past afirmatives.
