Rear wheel drive auto Merc are totally hopeless in the traction stakes ! I had two C 320s and had to swop to full winter tyres to get anywhere from November to March . Once they were on they were perfectly ok.

Sad to see that w211 e320 CDI going, I wonder if the LEZ in Bristol has caused it's demise? Apart from costly ball joints and bushes up at the back, oh and the SBC braking system they're great car's. Since COVID mind, finding part's for them has been a nightmare, particularly bushes and ball joints and the cost can eclipse the financial value of them rather quickly.

That general of Mercedes I was never a big fan of. I dread to think what it cost brand new but would now be worth next to nothing. This is why I would never buy a new car due to depreciation. The Honda Jazz fired up well and sounded healthy. I've always had Honda motorbikes.

Other than being a Qashqai, that car looks far too good to scrap. Perhaps there is more to it than what you can see at first glance, I'd hope.

My wife cant even drive in our double garage forward iv took my bench and vice and work top out and ive screwed 3 tyres to the wall so she stopps when she hits the tyres .then she can shut the garage door without smashing the back window ,wich she has done .

Is "Lee Tee" a relative? I think that's what you said as you approached the driver at the beginning anyway. Also that Nissan has probably had fault after fault with it, or has other problems. I doubt she scrapped it just because it had a glow plug issue.

Used to do deliveries for a flower shop and outside there was 2 disabled bays and one loading bay. I can safely say some blue badge holders are the most self entitled, arrogant, @r$£hol£s you will ever meet. They would constantly fight over the 2 bays, literally block the one way street to wait for a bay to become available as 'they are a blue badge holder you know!'. They wouldn't hesitate in picking a fight with anyone parked there without a badge as that's against the 'law' but conveniently forgets these rules when they decide to park in the loading bay instead. Many a time the council parking wardens had them screaming at them for writing tickets parking in the loading bay, they seem to think 'but I have a blue badge' is a valid excuse to park anywhere they want. You're wasting you're time trying to talk sense with them as they will never see it if it don't favour them.

WHY CAN,T PEOPLE FIX CARS ANYMORE I HAVE BROUGHT MANY A CAR BACK FROM THE DEAD PEOPLE SEEM TO HAVE MORE MONEY THAN SENCE WELL THAT OR THEY JUST CAN,T BE ASSED IT,S ALL QUITE SAD REALLY .
