Also inform us about the necessary steps we should take when we get into an accident to make a claim. And talk about the judicial process for making a third party claim against the liable party and the cost associated with it. Which is better losing NCB or fighting it in court? If we have dash cam or any good evidence proving our innocence will the insurance provider subrogate the case for us?
