I agree with you. I am wondering if it just me or has anyone else noticed that people in general are behaving more as adolescents instead of adults? If they are sorry, it is because they got caught not because they did something wrong.

Oh man that is unreal. I’m sorry is the first and last thing out of my mouth to my customers concern. How can someone not want the best for those they serve? Glad you wrote that review, people need the warning on service like that.

Oh Larry. First of all; great to see you back. Second; Your issue(s) make my having to fire my exterminator for not showing up when scheduled rather insignificant. All the very best in your new home. Hoping there are no further issues.

We had the same bad experience last week when spending $15,000 on new counter tops! It was a nightmare and the owner wouldn’t own his part. Then to add insult to injury he tried to bill us an extra $200.00 from our original contract (which we both approved before the job started) for having to cut down the cabinets so the farm house sink would fit in. Ugh! No I’m sorry on his end. I did, however, say to him I’m sorry. . . Which I followed up saying. . . that I ever used your company. Good to see you back btw. I always enjoy your videos.

All good businesses hold themselves accountable. That plumbing company obviously didn't.

Great video. Great message! Curious though, what was the correct diagnosis and fix for the ice maker? If you mentioned it at the end, I’m sorry if I missed it.

First off, I love your book!!! I read it back in 2013 and recommend your book along with the Richest Man in Babylon. All that being said, great video and vent. Also a lesson inside. As far as the plumbers…. Instead of saying “they couldn’t say I’m sorry” it sounds like “they wouldn’t say I’m sorry”. Could is ability, would is the choice. They chose not to…. Write that review brother! Thanks again for the book.

I have said I'm sorry for so many things that have nothing to do with me but I know that the person is deserving of respect and empathy. This is at work and not. I say it and I mean it. As for shitty A/C repair in the Phoenix and Tempe area they are thousands per dozen. And will suck you dry. Just had to replace the bastards for charging 10's of thousands for a reverse osmosis water filtration system that reuses the dirty water. It took another plumbing company to get my boss to listen to what everyone was saying about how bad the water is for them to finally get it fixed.

The plumber who came out probably just graduated college instead of trade school!
