Do you need antibiotics after an infected tooth extraction no abscess or will the body clear it out naturally?

In most cases the body will clear it out naturally. If the dentist sees it is recommended for antibiotics they will prescribe it 🙂 but it's case by case

If there is a large swelling (make a clinical judgment call on what “large” means); if there is lymph node involvement or cellulitis, then you prescribe.
