All Your'n
Drivin’ through the roadwork
Oh the work they took forever on
The road cones blur like memories
Of the miles we shared between
The place you learned to say your prayers
The place I took to prayin’
Loadin in and breakin down
My road dog door deal dreams
Long before we ever met
I made up my direction
Long before I knew the half
Of half that I’m sure of now
And though I’d say it ain’t the way
That you’d a gone about it
You follow me, and lead me on
And never let me down
So I’ll love you til my lungs give out
I ain’t lyin’
I’m all your’n and you’re all mine
There ain’t two ways around it
There ain’t no tryin’ bout it
I’m all your’n and you’re all mine
Fried morels and fine hotels
And all that in the middle
Every bite and curtain drawn I wanna taste with you
The goddess in my days in pen
The muse I aint’ refusin’
The part of me that ain’t around
I’m always talkin’ to
So I’ll love you til my lungs give out
I ain’t lyin’
I’m all your’n and you’re all mine
There ain’t two ways around it
There ain’t no tryin’ bout it
I’m all your’n and you’re all mine
So I’ll love you til my lungs give out
I ain’t lyin’
I’m all your’n and you’re all mine
There ain’t two ways around it
There ain’t no tryin’ bout it
I’m all your’n and you’re all mine
No there ain’t two ways around it
There ain’t no tryin’ bout it
I’m all your’n and you’re all mine

I sat alone in my car hidden behind an abandoned house, I've been out of jail for 5 weeks and my addiction has taken 8 months of sobriety from me. I haven't eaten in 3 days and I'm out of water. I'm a father I'm a friend I'm a brother a son I am all theses things and none of these things. Last night 4:17 I hear this song for the first time. I listen maybe 40 times. My heart is broken. I'm done. As I type this at a red-light I've driven 2 hours to a city I've never been. I'm going to self admit into a long term rehab and know this is the last ride. This song brought me out of myself when I'd given up. Thank you for this.

NAC may be able to reduce acute exacerbations of COPD through an antioxidant effect. However, NAC is a weaker antioxidant, and a high dosage of NAC (⩾1200 mg per day) is required for antioxidant activity in COPD patients to reduce the risk of exacerbations

Yeah it has a 70s feel to it. It also reminds me of a 90s alternative rock band but I cant place which one(s). Also most musicians seem to get a more produced sound as they progress to those who criticize that. If Tyler ever uses a snap track then we know he has sold out. Lol

C Burkens I agree I prefer Tyler and his guitar. I have mixed feelings about “the studio” sound because I did see a review that referred to the song as something like a light hearted romp. Nothing Tyler Childers writes or sings can be passed off as light hearted, in my opinion. I’m trying to believe that it may get him a bit more lucrative success which he well deserves. Someone this good deserves a little something for his retirement.

@Praxis Of Logos I hope that's not a rhetorical question. If it is I do understand that people do need overproduced pop style to get in to someone but here we go.... Nose on the grindstone, white house road, feathered indians, I swear, shake the frost, deadman curve (my favorite). Granted one producer could take those and remove the subtlety that is Tyler and make it band radio garbage. A lot of this album is much closer to the style most of us who have watched him for years love but just not this one. I did hear him do it acoustic since I posted that and that sounded much better. So just overproduced.
@TheCentralflorida
@TheCentralflorida 4 жыл бұрын
@Praxis Of Logos all subjective too. I liked the more raw stuff. House Fire is closer to that style. I do have my own pop guilty pleasures too. I won't say the name of the band but it rhymes with Schmimagine Schmragons. I dont admit that often.

I am 36 years old and I have had the same favorite song for as far back as I can recall, at least the past 30 yrs. I have heard many over the years that I loved, but none ever really threatened to unseat #1 on my list....until this. I am going to have to let it marinate and soak into my soul a bit more, but this song is like falling in love for real. It may not be perfect for everyone, but it couldn't be more perfect for some. I'm fairly certain I was hooked after I heard "fried morels".

Probably the first song ever to mention dry land fish (morels). His "Banded Clovis" does the same for arrowhead hunting/sifting. Thanks to Tyler, I have some new favorite songs written and sung by someone familiar with Eastern Kentucky. Awesome!
