Tyler Summitt reflects on his mom's life and legacy and the impact she had on him and how that affects the way he now parents his own three children.
Tyler has a lot to teach his children about their grandmother, Pat Summitt. He talks about her often, but June, especially, is a time to tell them about his mom, the legendary Lady Vols basketball coach Pat Summitt. The three Summitt grandchildren will learn one day about the eight championships she won, the 1,098 career wins, and how she made sure the fight against Alzheimer's continued long after her death in 2016 at age 64.

I doubt he would have made the same choices had Pat been at the top of her game. Just a shame.

Too bad he tainted his own legacy by the affair. Yes, you can be forgiven and such. He reminds me of Solomon who was raised by women and loved women way too much which became an idol for him. It seems Tyler went this way as well. In any event, I think it would be magical to see him coach again at the women's level if anyone would give him a chance. Such a shame when our desires/sin make a mess of our lives. Who hasn't been there? But, there can always be redemption. I hope he gets a shot again, but this time does it the right way.
