"and this gives you power over me?" great fucking impression and quote. love the movie love this skit. u need to do more bane stuff. maybe use it as a pun... e.g. do a anti meta deck profile as him and call it "the bane of every meta deck" or just use some of the iconic lines like "Victory has defeated you" or "it will be extremely painfull... for you" also great. a Kaiju or Graydle skit duel and say things like: "the shadows betray you because they belong to me" and "your precious armory gratefully accepted, we will need it"

LOL. This skit made my night. The new guy was actually a friend of mine who wanted to get into YuGiOh(never played it) and when I explained stuff to the best of my ability, he griped about how complicated which is true. Konami's attempt to continually introduce more and more new mechanic really does create a barrier for some. Hence, why when I introduce my friend to MTG, he liked that game a lot more due to its simplicity.

Also, the sore looser I have seen countless times. Particularly, when I have beaten meta players with non-meta decks. It was hard and really, I have lost a number of times. But really, their saltiness is a reminder of why I never take myself too seriously when playing. I play to win, but always take a loss in stride. Even if it sucks.

It's not always bullshit. Most cases it is, but not always. I recently started hanging out with this guy who had legit never touched a Yugioh card, but he knew me and my friends all played Yugioh, so he did research and watched a lot of KZfaq, nd by the time he had a physical deck, it was like he'd been playing for months.

I mean they can build Ultimaya... sometimes... if they draw their Black Whirlwind... and then they can not do anything with it because links... but if they have a Gofu it works, but only on the starting Hand, because it does not work with Black Whirlwind. Raid Raptors have more edge anyway.

There are so many more that you missed. For example, the casually competitive player that will use the lower rarities of cards in a top teir lightsworn deck. And the invaded player that will try odd ball engines in a deck to see if it will work. So yes, you could do more of this and add more players. Hell even the player that talks about the game but never played it once.

I'm surprised I'm not like any of these, I play against meta just my way, I play with style, I even put a meta player in a bind with the buster blader lock combo when it wasn't good, I murdered a current meta deck recently with dinomist and once I activated limited removal and used spinos to attack directly twice, that was 10000 damage and had dynamic powerload on field so all my dinos were utopia lightning, it was the best hand ever drew, I think he was playing metalfoes mejespecters.
