Ω About the story:
Typhon arc was like a filler between Kratos vs Zeus (1st fight) and the Island of creation. Yet it has such beautiful OST! I don't know how to pose Kratos in a way that promotes this gameplay so I simply made him in Idle state lol. Well, he wasn't supposed to have Golden Fleece at this time, but whatever, in the gameplay he even wears God Armor lol.
Btw, the name is "Typhon" i got i wrong in the video bruh @@
Ω About the arrangement:
This is quite easy for a God of War cover compared to those that I have done. I kept it 100% original to the structure. Well, trim out some repetitive drum beats tho. From beginning to 0:25 I was afraid of the drum beats because there was almost no melodic element at all. But I manage to put some Harmony into it. The same way I did in The Vengeful Spartan !
From 1:06 the tempo is supposed to be x2 times (220) but I'm too noob so I played it at 210 or something. This way, I could record this video in ONE TAKE ONLY lol !!! Normally it'd take me almost 2 hours straight for a video and it is really exhausting. Today's recording is the most chilling of all the recordings.
At 2:29, since I took it easy from the beginning I decided to put one last effort before it ends. This final section features THREE HAND TECHNIQUE. I guess I will keep using this until I draw my last breath, it's the coolest and I'm too lazy to learn other skills bruh.
I was super unmotivated for the last month due to many reasons (mostly for the views of KZfaq after 2 years grinding with little results). Then someone suggested this piece and I remember the good feelings whenever I cover a God of War OST. I was afraid to do more GoW songs since I decided whenever I make one, it must be mind-blowing and make it a threshold I need to overcome to be better than my past self. But meh, I'm not and can't be Animenz, I guess I should be content with my ability. Thus I shouldn't pressure myself on upcoming God of War covers.
So I guess I should make a GoW after every 2 or 3 other game songs haha. The very next one should be GoW Ascension (Main theme or Medley consisting of Madness Of The Fury Queen, ...).
