But i loved him most when he was down and out because as a long time fan you could see he 100% still had a very small twinkle in his face that told me he would be back. Ok we'll never have the money that he has but he had money when he got depressed so money isn't the answer. He's right, we have to help ourselves, I've yet to truly want to help myself and I think that's my problem. However we do it we need to do it. Our lives matter as much as the next person. Put a gun to my head once. The only thing I saw at the bottom of that barrel, besides a bullet, was my whole family crying at my funeral. That's when I heard a voice in my head saying, "If you cant live for yourself, at least live for your family." That's when I discovered my purpose. to live for others and put myself second. Find your purpose and living wont be easy, but it wont be as hard.

I am balling my eyes out .... my heart is in sync with your pain .... I was there ... and so thankful I am positive now . I remember praying to god ie Almighty Creator to why am I waking up every morning. I was so weak after my car accident and I to was sick of living in darkness . I thought I was never going to walk again ....And 2 years later running working out , meditating and so thankful of every ray of sunshine and breath of fresh air .... I have to go to gym it's my medicine for mind I agree mind and body are also connected to spirt so you need to know your personoality and believe in some higher power some higher purpose imagine your life is amazing movie and your the hero of your movie so make decisions that help you enjoy your family friends .... we are different races different colors speak different languages so that we may come together against a lil odds and love one another ... we all need love .... love of self . Live a life where you love the person you are

Ted s Ted, sometimes tough times can make you understand and reach things that other people can’t. Like the way Fury uses his experience to reach so many similar people and to come back stronger. Hero’s sometimes have the toughest obstacles but never stop believing in a brighter future. The worst thing bout depression is you can’t construct a future, you can’t see that light. But the light is always there it’s just clouds making it look that way and I promise you they will pass. Stay stronger brother

Came here after his win... I been hooked on powder cocaine and alcohol for 20+ years I finally got 2 years clean up until Friday Feb 22 , 2020 I relapsed. That relapsed landed me in the hospital where I lay at currently. I feel worthless I feel like maybe I can’t come back but I know that’s a lie. I think the biggest thing I've learnt is that life is lived in each moment. Tyson said contentment is what he's gained. I havent achieved that fully, but I'm working on it. Mental health cannot improve with alcohol and drugs. Good luck to you

I’ve never suffered from depression to the immense scale Fury has but I sometimes can feel myself slipping away from reality, slipping away from my friends, my mom and my sister, feeling alone when surrounded by people just as he felt, recently this has been happening to me again. I watched the fight between fury vs wilder, when he went down in the 12th I though it was over I thought wilder had won, then Fury got back up, I wondered how he got back up I searched up what his motivation was what kept him going, after watching hours worth of interviews I understood, it wasn’t how he got back up but why. I’ve recently been trying to understand where these thoughts/feelings I have come from I used to write it off as normal, now because of Mr. Fury I know it’s not normal and that I need to find some way to keep myself going, so far that outlet has been exercising and boxing as homage to the man ( Tyson Fury) who has helped me understand what to do and how to react.

Man.. I served in the army, been fighting since I was 18. Before then I was fighting. Lost a wife and gained one. For her I think my mental health is so bad it can’t be fixed. I was afraid too. I’m in the war I don’t quit at. I drink too.i feel so bad that even smiling makes me feel guilty for it. Anyway. You can’t save it when you don’t feel well on the inside. Still struggling with this all but I promise you I will try. For everyone and everything

I have had severe mental health problems the medication never worked but retraining my mindset and faith in God saved my life. I know that depression and anxiety affects many in different ways, I've had anxiety and depression since I was 8, taking non of the chances I had to get better made me feel useless, thinking you can over come this alone doesnt work, look at what u have, what you can achieve, life is a gift, only you make life what it is and only you make the choices, make the right choice. Motivation can heal mental health problems, looking back at my past I realise that I never did anything to help myself, my biggest regret in life was doing anything to beat depression or anxiety, now I am 16, i dont feel up to full standards but therapy, motivation and fitness has helped me, tyson fury a legend in my eyes and a inspiration to millions, has helped loads suffering with mental health issues. My advice people is seek attention and help from family, friends, therapy and have a motivation.

From having social anxiety/depression. I can really relate to Fury. Drugs only help temporarily and leave u worse than when u started. God is in my soul now, go Fury. When theirs darkness their will be light. A very inspiring video.👏👏👏

Mental illness is very real is not a joke I had it I still got it. Stress and anxiety makes it worse when going places all the time like I know what diagnosis what I got they give my results in April 2019 tourette’s tics. I find very hard to cope with this situation is big test for me. Wow Tyson fury this video is great 👍🏻👌🤜🏼💪🏽

Adam Weston have you tried NA meetings mate or AA? 12 step program has changed my life I’m 8 years clean now and still go to meetings I was so fucking hopeless before and if it can work for me it can work for you. Take care, you are worth it!!
