doesn't the tape at the bottom of the drain wrap prohibit draining? Where is the water supposed to go?

So do not tape the very bottom horizontal lines correct?

Just ensure to tape above last so water “ runs off “ the seams not in

What about glue? Can the tyvek be glued on?

I plan on new siding, my house is 35 years old, for sheathing it has 1” Dow polystyrene, can I put tyvek over this, then siding? Can I add more polystyrene over this 1”, where should the tyvek be installed?
