Awesome, my wife is still loving hers. We got evacuated for a fire the other day and she had 3 or 4 laptops including their charging cables/bricks and even more stuff in the backpack and she was saying how impressed she was with the backpack. I got this backpack for Christmas from one of my best friends and I just absolutely love it! The water-resistance, the lock, the charging and audio configurations, all the many pockets! So far I’ve used it like a man purse to carry water, gloves, Nintendo Switch Lite, and the wide straps are comfortable, feels like it can handle some rugged lifestyle, I’m so thrilled about my new backpack!

I actually bought this backpack awhile ago before I found this video. It’s great I use it all the time. And it does fit a 15.6” laptop which is actually the reason why I bought it. My old laptop was smaller so it fitted in my other laptop back but wasn’t big enough for my new one.

How does the headphone jack work. Your device needs to have one of those but is there a speaker in the bag? I don’t understand that feature.

Of course I got one without a av Jack 😂, but I don't often leave my phone in my bag(plus even if I did, Bluetooth 😅 but in a rainy day, it'd be handy I'd imagine

Heya Haggard! Awesome vid im literally about to purchase one right now. I figured id ask since this video is 4 years old, what is your opinion on the backpack 4 years later? Im curious how its handled normal wear and tear throughout the years.

The backpack itself has held up really well. Unfortunately someone tried to break into the backpack and damaged the lock. It did its job, they weren't able to get in, but they did damage the lock to the point where it would no longer allow the back to be opened normally, so I ended up having to remove the lock. The backpack was still useable, just not lockable. I'm ok with it, the lock protected a laptop, phone and tablet, and the bag is a lot cheaper to replace.

So do you have to have a charging thing connected to the usb to charge or use anything? Or can you charge the back pack in some way

You would have to supply your own power bank, the backpack just has the cables inside and a USB port on the outside to make charging easier and more convenient.

Just ordered this backpack, saw multiple reviews saying that the lock got stuck and the combination changed on them. Bc of that i might not use that feature. Have you found any issues like that?

I didn't have any issue with the combination changing, but I did have to disassemble the lock after someone tried to break into it when my wife had it at college. They weren't able to get in but the force they used tweaked the internal locking mechanism so it no longer would open. Maybe people have tested the strength of the lock and caused a similar problem, not sure.

My wife actually "stole" this one from me to use for college courses. She says that with her laptop she could fit two binders and a book or two.

What will happen to the charging port on the outside if it rains?

It's facing down and not really exposed. If rain is a concern, just don't attach a power bank while its raining, and if for some reason the utter charging port gets wet, wait for it to be fully dry before using it. But again, it's not like the port is facing up or just dangling unprotected.

It should have come with instructions on how to change the combination. I can't remember how this lock works, but most locks like this, you open the lock, then hold the button in while changing the tumblers (numbers) to the combination you want, and then release the button.

@@HaggardGamer when u think about its that scary am only 12 i rlly dont know how to set a lock plus its my school bag so if i lock my bag by accident then i wont be able to acess my school supplies

Sorry, I don't know what to tell you. The backpack comes with instructions on how to set the combination. With locks like this it is almost always the same method, while the lock is on 000, you should be able to press the button and it will unlock. With it unlocked, if you hold the button down and at the same time rotate the dials to the numbers you want, then release the button, this should set your combination to the numbers you have selected.

Set the code to 000 then press the small pen sized button on the side of the lock. You will hear a click, set the code you want "123" then press the lever in and you will hear another click. 123 will now be your password.

You can break a window too, but cars still have locks. The longer it takes to get in, or the more commotion it causes to force your way in, the safer your items inside are.

The backpack itself doesn't hold a charge, you have to provide your own power bank.

@@reyflores5735 no it does not include a power bank, it includes the cables for you to use a power bank without having to get into your backpack.

How do I use the headphone jack?

The headphone jack is attached to a headphone cable that is inside the backpack. Plug that cable into your phone or whatever device you choose, then you can have the bag closed and locked and plug your headphones into the exterior headphone jack.

I bought this backpack last year but never used, just opened it and there aren’t any instructions, so I have a new backpack and have no idea how to open it because it’s locked :(

i think all the backpacks come with the code 000 then you change it to whatever you like
