It makes the construction process about 20% faster because AAC blocks help in reducing the number of joints in the wall that facilitates speed. AAC blocks use fewer materials, which are crucial for good quality concrete but , Improper installation can cause cracks in the structure of the blocks, and this will affect the final finish of the building and AAC block prices vary with the quantity you order.

@@SurabhiInnovation that i know, bt they also plaster aac block wall from outside and inside too.. Can u show a flat without cement plastering over aac block?? Use of aac block will reduce the total weight of structure and control room temperature to low. We can only reduce some labour cost while bulding with aac blocks, when compared to normal blocks. Thats the only benefit in cost cutting.

ഇതിൽ നെഗറ്റീവ് ഇടുന്ന പലരും കോണ്ട്രാക്ടർമാരാണ്. പുതിയൊരു പ്രൊഡക്റ്റ് വന്ന് വിജയിച്ചാൽ അവർ പെടും. സാധാരണക്കാരെ പറ്റിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. അത്രേ ഉള്ളൂ. ഞാൻ ഒരു വീട് വക്കുമ്പോൾ എന്തായാലും ഇവിടെ വന്ന് അതിനെ പഠിച്ച് നല്ലതാണെന്ന് എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയാർ ഉറപ്പായും ഇത് വച്ചേ പണിയുന്നുള്ളൂ. ഗുണനിലവാരം കുറയാതെ 1 രൂപ കുറഞ്ഞ് കിട്ടിയാൽ അത്രയും നല്ലതല്ലേ.
