Thanks so much for the video. I'm driving from GA to TX in a 26' truck with my family driving the car behind me. I feel confident I can do it, but wanted to see others who have also to see what their experiences were, maybe pick up a couple of tips. And it really helps to see other ladies driving the moving truck long distance too :)

Thank you, this was very helpful! We’re moving with a 20’ Uhaul and a car transporter, about a 7-hour move.

Thanks for the tips! Making a move from south Texas to Seattle Washington here in the next couple of weeks in a 16ft Penske pulling my car on a trailer. Just nervous about the tight turns! We’ll see how it goes :)

Thanks so much for sharing! Can you please advise, did you encounter difficulty getting in and out of gas stations while towing the vehicle in the 20' truck? Thanks again!

Did you have to pull into the weight scale when traveling ?

Wide turns when you make turns.

Did you have to stop at weigh stations along the way?

You just have to check before driving. If its a uhaul it's considered non commercial. Some states require non commercial vehicles over 10,000 lbs to stop

I'll be driving alone from upstate NY to Tacoma WA. I'm towing with the auto transport. I'm worried how tired I'll be. My big question is, is it doable to stop in rest areas and sleep ? Truckers do, so assume a uhauler can? I'm thinking just spreading out along the front seats to sleep lol. Find some type of skinny matters to throw across it something . Lol

Take motel, have a good rest and good luck with your trip! I’m thinking to drive it myself from Mi to Fl

Do you recall how much you ended up paying U-Haul once you were done?

How did that go? I am super scared to go. About to leave same set up

Drive 55 mph or 60 mph the whole way. That is U-Haul's safety rules.

Could you cruise at 70mph in that truck?

No more than 60 mph The towed vehicle could. Start to sway
