yeah... this is not a presidential security detail. My guess is that this was the secretary of state's detail or a high priority diplomat.

sherman folks You're talking about something very different. The link you posted, a) is relevant to Navy, hence why it's a Navy webpage. b) it's explaining a totally irrelevant (to this topic) code system.

Mat Jnt This would have been a non official motorcade because the flags weren’t there. But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t him. The Secretary of State is guarded by the diplomatic security, not secret service and never gets transported in 2 limo’s. The vehicles in this motorcade belong to secret service.

Handy Wijaya The very format of the motorcade. Only USSS has been known to have the 2 limo’s then the halfback suburban, then the ECM Suburban (which I believe is unique to the USSS only) followed by those 3 vehicles in that order. The amount cops escorting as well.

Biden motorcade always consist of these same exact vehicles. 2 limos, 2 suburbans, a expedition and a jeep

Looks like it could have been a Prime Minister level official. No flags, no ambulance, can't be Chief of State.

It's not the Presidential or Vice Presidential motorcade, there are no flags on the limo.

I don't know who the guy was that got escorted. That's why I just wrote diplomatic. Could have been the vice president too but I don't know.

D.C. disgusts me. Too many encrypted radios flying around, whether it's federal or local. S**t flows downhill, and it's all starts in D.C., then every other public safety agency in the country wants to encrypt radio traffic.
