My son was petitioned as F1 family based with priority date May 31, 2011 and was documentarily qualified on November 16, 2020. When will he be possibly scheduled for interview . He is now employed as a Nurse and also a licensed Electrical Engineer , is he qualified to expedite his case considering that US needs medical professionals .

My husband and I are immigrant visa holders. But we went home to the Phils sometime in July, 2019 for my husband and Nov 2019 for me and are supposed to go back to the United States of America in early April, 2020 unaware of the upcoming COVID 19 pandemic until we were totally locked down in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. Much to our desire to continue with our travel plans, we simply can not do it because it was the worst scenario we ever experienced and the travel ban was totally out of our control, until the whole family was COVID patients in October, 2021. The more reason that we can not travel because we need to pass the three-month recovery period. We have been constantly monitoring advisories of travel bans until recently, we feel it is already safe to travel. Can you please give us an update on how we can make this travel ( going back to the USA), possible. Thank you and more power. God bless us all.
