Altroz is a very good car...i have driven 37k in 1.5years....stabilty suspension safety looks good mileage space all good...

People talk about problems in after-sales of Tata, but yaar Delhi NCR me toh sab hi thug hai. My Alto had its car fragrance stolen during service, and their response was "sir aap hi ne churaaya hoga". And this is the biggest and most established Maruti Suzuki Arena in my city, and there are 4 here. Parents think that my current dealership is very good. Trust me I'm never going there ever again.

Sir, I went to Tata showroom (3 in numbers) to buy either of Altroz or Nexon but none of them even look at me to sell their car & after the disappointed gesture I bought Honda city because safety is also my first priority & Honda city got 5* in ASEAN NCAP so I made my decision & I'm happy with my decision to go with Honda, tried & tasted. In USA, 165 mm GCL is quite ok...but here in India, its body ll be damaged ...after 5 years as he said, Gadi selling ke layek nehi rahegi.

I have all new i20 asta (o) dct 2020 model. I wanted to ask should I get extended warranty or not. The reason for asking this is - in hyundai extended warranty terms and conditions the below things are not covered. 1. Normal maintenance services including without limitation, cleaning & polishing, injector cleaning, engine decarburizing, engine tuning, oil/fluid changes, filters replenishment, fastener retightening, adjustments of doors, brake and clutch, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, Tire rotation, head lamp alignment. 2. Replacement of parts as a result of normal wear and tear, such as spark plugs, belts, brake pads and brake shoes, brake discs, clutch disc/pressure plate, filters, wiper blades, bulbs, fuses, brushes, hoses, Tire / tube, battery, audio system, audio video navigation (AVN), catalytic converter, silencer / exhaust pipe. 3. Rubber parts like Wheel Cylinder kit, all doors weather-strips/beadings & A/C "O" rings, Clutch cable, Accelerator cable, Speedometer cable & Tail Door Opener cable. 4. Leakage of A/C refrigerant. 5. Normal aging, deterioration or rusting of plated parts, paint coat, rubber parts, upholstery and soft trim, etc. 6. There is scope for improvement for both TATA and Mahindra, they should not be complacent and must have a healthy competition to sustain international pressures

But sir 11 lac me hatchback uthana (be it tata , maruti , whatever brand) is also not a sound decision. You would've gone with manual altroz under 10 lacs). It's dca is pretty good but altroz's engine is not complimenting it. Always seem lackluster with dca whenever i drives it. Always feel the lack of power. (Cousin owns one) Yeah manual altroz would be good decision. Plus it saves almost 2 lacs.

Magnite is a complete package in terms of safety and CVT. Altauz is a good car but doesn't not have hill hold which is a big negative

What , I think is this gentleman is focusing on just the positives , Being an automatic, this car doesnt have hill start assist and definitely lags on power . Overtaking is definitely difficult.

The most sensible line is "people who are planning to use their car for 10-15 years and who have less running should go for safety and reliability". I own a Tata Tiago XZ+ from 2.5 year and currently it's 10400 km only but I feel safe whenever I am on highway or going with family. This feeling is best than having some more km as milage and I plan to keep that car for atleast 10 year, yes there are some small issue with the product like 3 cylinder or refinenes but overall it a good hatchback for people.

If they had provided good ground clearance for this like 175-180.. this would be a no brainer buy..

Altroz might lack in the initial pickup ( obviously due to 3 cylinder ) but that doesn't let you disappoint since there are so many comforts about the car in other sections that you will feel justifies compromise. After 2nd gear the car goes as smooth as it can be. Highway stability is such a thi g in this car that you will be impressed to another level and the seat comfort level are way too high.

Ravi Bhai iska long drive endurance test karna Delhi to Mumbai or Mumbai to nagpur highway once they are officially open for public.

I have purchased Tata Altroz diesel XZ for mileage. It was giving 21.5 tank to tank mix city & highway mileage. In highway I had got 28+ mileage with two seating in 80 kmp cruise control. Really this is a fun to drive car also. My height is 6ft 3 inch. Then also I comfortably seat in Driving seat. You can drive it for two way 1 is for mileage with low RPM or for racing up to 160 kmph, but you will get less mileage in high speed.

Ravi sir meine MG Astor 1.5 mt Li hai gadi 1250km chali 2 month complete ho gaya hai.. Gadi 2nd gear mei pull nahi kar rahi traffic or speed hump pe gadi 1st gear mei dalna padhta hai.. Highway par gadi any gear mei 2200 rpm mei minimum rakhna padhta hai..2000 rpm hai gadi pick up nahi leti.. gear down karna padhta hai.. Jeise tarbo engine behaviour karta hai uske jeisa hi low rpm mei gadi bahot weaker performance de rahi hai.. Maruti ki cng (ertiga) bahtar chalti hai.. Koi issue hai ya sabhi Astor same hi behaviour karti hai.. please muze batao kya karu.. bahot performance mei lag lagta hai..

I have a good experience at the Tata sale service. I'm living in Pune, I purchased from Garve Tata motors. Good people. I think it's dealer to dealer behaviour. Tiago is My first car and my dealer explained everything. Also they have delivered my car within a month, also I have done PDI before delivery. Then the dealer cut the cake on delivery day and arranged all required Puja material and also I was a new driver so they deliver my car to my home. I have done 3 free services, pickup drop service available for car service..they solved every small issue of the car which I faced for Car. So overall the best experience with Tata.
