It looked like, to me, that you were just using the stompboxes on the inserts and not through the unison spot through console. I'm wondering if we could get a review of what that sounds like with the impedance matching?

@@davidkrystal9783 He use the stomp boxes going into the amp/cab sim. Would that be possible with having the amp sim in the unison? I dont know?

@@TheRobGuard I would like to know that too. Is there a way to run the amp in unison but then somehow route the pedal before the amp sim? or is pedal in unison into amp on insert the only option?

@@neverender2308 Maybe using the pedal on an Aux channel (just like how you would send a reverb to a channel instead of inserting it on the channel?) and send the pedal to the unison channel? But would the pedal go infront of the unison amp sim? Im not sure how it works... Worth a try though? I will also try using a real stopmbox connected between guitar the hi-z on the apollo interface, then use a uad amp on the unison, havnt tried that either...

what theee,,, how does it sound different with mine? ive tried the demo.. and the RAW doesnt sound anything like video,, it will sound distort digitall computer sound that going nuts everywhere... unusable..why the hell its sound good here,,, and im using telecaster hybrid 60s japan

I'd really like to purchase just the tube screamer by it's self. Since I have the Heritage edition of the UA Apollo Twin X, it already comes with the RAW. Not a fan of that or the Bermuda. I just can't justify spending $150.00 more on a bundle that I won't be using. They don't seem to offer the TS by it's self.

i have RAW, i dont like it at all, sounds so muddy it will cloud any sound, horrible for mixing

Have you played around with the tone control enough? I like it better than the Tube Screamer, which doesn't even seem to mix with the original guitar sound. It feels like it "sits on top" of the guitar, and only kicks in when you let the strings vibrate for a while. In a way, I'm almost relieved to see that these 100+$ plugins can't compete with the marginally more expensive original stomp boxes. These are for people too lazy to make a couple of cable connections. Also, if you like crunch sounds, get the Fuchs Train II amp or use the free Marshall that comes with your Apollo. Those have plenty of girth and dirt, and the Fuchs even comes with a cool little delay unit built right in.
