clean car, oh and my fellow Texan. I am in the mid of refresh my KBP (the one in the avatar) which also happen to be MT as well. The dash will crack eventually as my other Type S dash cracked when I park the car inside the garage 90% of the time, yes I did have sun shade and treat the dash with 303. Your build similar to my route as the only mod I got is BC coil along with Progress rear sway bar, 8.5 Aspec wheel. I will be sending the side Aspec out to paint match and put on the car, as I have the Aspec badge still new in package lol.

Dude nice! thanks! Those KBPs are so hard to find especially in MT... I still regret not pulling the trigger last time I saw one in a Seattle listing... Where in Texas are you? I've seen only two KBPs around before. Yeah I figured, just trying to prolong it as much as I can. It seemed to have happened to every brand within these years when they made the material easy to break for the integrated airbag door... The old cars with a seperate airbag door didn't seem to have a problem. My G35 was a weekend driver and kept in the garage whenever not driven and it cracked on me twice so I ended up taking it to an upholstery shop and got it wrapped in vinyl instead.

@@statuskuogarage7462 I locate in Houston so if you ever saw a KBP probably it was me. If I wasn't been a stubborn ass I would had a Type S MT long time ago, I had the Red Type S for 10 years now. Yes I own a MRP Type Slow as well lol. As far as dash crack Infiniti suffer as well and Lexus has melting issue, however my daily 2006 Acura RL dash is flawless after all of these years lol.

Thanks! They are OEM pieces I got at online Acura parts sites. Each piece is around $500 to $600 and parts are becoming harder to get with backorders and etc. I found an alternative at one point by this one company www.lseat.com and got some sample swatches but there was a slight difference in color so I just opted to go with OEM. Each row is about $350 with them and it seemed like good quality when I installed some on my friend's car, just not sure about longevity. Love your TL bro, I live in Irving and just picked one up from Houston, I grew up in LA this was my dream car growing and finally got one, I wanted to know what tire size are you running? I feel that the one I picked up has the tires too thin and it’s sitting real low

Thanks man, I'm running the stock size. It's 235/45/17 but the shape sometimes look different with different brands. I'm using Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3+.

What time of Bluetooth adapter did you get? Which one actually? Nice TL btw rarely see any white ones.

Thanks! The BT adapter is made by USA Spec and I highly recommend it. The model is BT45-ACU but keep in mind the navi vs non navi models use a different one so use the search dropdown on their website to get the right one. www.usaspec.com/p-314-bt45-acu.aspx

I live in Mansfield TX and I have an 08 automatic Acura TL type S also, bone stock. Does the intake make the check engine light come on?

What kind of headlights do you have and does it fit a basic tl 2004

They are the stock 07-08 TL Type S headlights. They will fit an 04 but I believe you have to modify some of the wiring to get it to work since the fog lights were integrated into the housings and the high beams were bi-xenon.

I got the left from eBay and the right side was from a friend traveling to China. There's a set on AcuraZine right now but its pretty pricey.

It was a pain... I had a friend traveling there that was able to get me the right side. There were plenty of left side ones on eBay. Someone is actually selling a set on AcuraZine right now but has a ridiculous price if you are interested.

I think they were from 2013 to 2015 or so. This is the part number 45218-TX4-A00.

First of all, that is a badass KZfaq name! Sorry! I've been so busy I haven't really have much time for even my own mods. I have an older set that I still have that I could sell but its not perfect and doesn't have the strip on the bottom.
