@@mrj.juneau I agree, but would add loud to the "attacked or threatened". Extremely loud shouting in confined spaces can activate fight or flight. That girl was almost yelling in the back to talk to someone 18 inches away. That kind of shit is annoying and probably 80% the reason he kicked them out... If she was saying f this and f his a etc. in a calm normal volume voice, He probably wouldn't have said anything. If you don't like cussing, you can let it go if its quite... but if its being yelled 18" from your ear.... yeah, I probably would have kicked them out if she didn't calm down at least. But I don't do well with people shouting and yelling. It DEFINITELY activates my fight or flight.

People getting out of bars parties Etc are going to be sometimes obnoxious, the driver put himself at Major risk of a beating if somebody had a little bit too much to drink and was in a an aggressive mood, just get them to their destination cuz that's what they're paying for. Because he's providing a service for money. He was not being threatened, harassed or anything else, he literally interjected and enforced a personal narrative on someone who was minding their own business. He purposefully escalated the situation, and in the end, he was the one in the wrong.

If anything, he could have asked them to quiet down because they were loud, but kicking someone out over swearing is immature and childish.

Not at all, even before I actually got a footage I did kick people out. You can’t go in too somebody’s house with a muddy shoes. And if they tell you to take it off and you just have a habit of wearing shoes inside the house it will come out disrespectful.
