If they just made it to where you can buy individual items in the shop I would spend a lot of money curating my spartan drips. Buying bundles and seeing that most of it I wont use turns me away.

What I really want in Infinite right now is new weapons and vehicles. The core gameplay is great, but the sandbox hasn’t grown substantially. So many weapons/vehicles to spice up the sandbox, and they just refuse to make it a priority.

I left this game in March 2022 update. Logged back on today and they have only added like 5 arena maps. The others are forge made. It’s like there are only 10 people working at 343

The Banished and Halo Wars armor were probably the only good things in the shop that was worth purchasing to me, everything else can kick rocks.

with Sbmm forcing you to lose 10 games for every game you score better id say its not even worth your time. just play custom games with friends if you want a fair experience. nobody thinks "SBMM" is a good thing for gaming and this game probably has the worst sbmm system ive ever seen

It just *BAFFLES* me that 343 has been improving everything about the game except for the store prices and the addition of weapons and vehicles. Like, good lord, man...I want to sing their praises, because the team behind MCC's resurgence absolutely *KILLED* it out there, making it one of the most definitive game compilations of all time, and here Infinite is suffering while other games like it are thriving because they provide the two things that it is suffering from the opposite of.

That is a key point of this halo, you get something from the store or you get nothing, 343 cannot monetize absolutely ALL armor and its accessories, if an armor is very cool then no I would see a problem with monetizing it, but that's why 95 percent of everything they make is collected because I prefer to buy a halo for 100 dollars than spend 100 dollars on 3 regular armors. So of simple.

If we don’t get a new game announcement this year, could we at least get another weapon in Infinite? Game is so dry, and will continue to be dry for years if we don’t get any new sandbox items. Let us enjoy the wait for the next Halo game.

I think the game NEEDS to be able to get items individually with Spartan Points. Once the life cycle of this game ends, being able to earn the items without having to buy bundles would be amazing and give players a reason to keep playing this game besides the exchange and getting max rank. If 343 makes it so that Bundles are the only thing that are purchasable and you can earn everything through just playing the game, I’m cool with that. Don’t make items too grindy to unlock, they’d need to balance it. But I’d say for blue items, it should only take a week/completing all weekly challenges to get 1 item of blue rarity. For purple rarity, I’d say 2-3 weeks worth of completing weekly challenges and dailies to get purple rarity items. Then for legendary, I’d say 2.5-3 weeks max to get legendary rarity items. Idk, maybe that’s still too grindy but I’d definitely just want the ability to earn all items in game within reason. If any item exceeds 3 weeks of play time and grinding to earn, I think that is absolutely horrendous. Especially if they are dependent on operation passes to get items. Hopefully 343 balance the exchange correctly because armor, coatings, and attachments should all be equal values with the only SP price change being the rarity of the item. Like blues being 2,500-5,000, purples being 7,500-12,500 and legendaries being like 15,000-17,500. The ONLY things that I think should ever be like 30,000 SP are the armor effects and kill effects.

I'm still unable to play this game due to lag. I never had any issues with matchmaking until the patch that addressed the whole skill based mm system. Suddenly, enemies are jumping all over my screen and can't hit shit. 343 cant do anything right without inadvertently fucking something else up.

Honestly I haven't really played Halo Infinite since I beat the campaign on heroic 2 days after it released. I mean I tried re-playing the campaign on legendary and just got bored of it. It just feels lacking compared to Halo 3/Reach's multiplayer, especially when vehicles are involved.

I think it would be in Microsofts best interest to get another studio working on Halo. No, not replacing 343. Let 343 focus on the next game. Bring in a different studio/dedicated team to keep up with Infinite. Even 10 to 20 devs. They can focus on bringing in content. Making new content/maps, and updates as needed. And at this point, I don't care if new weapons in the game are balanced at all. I'm not sure if anyone does with the amount of forge fusions of weapons there are in custom games.

343i went from heading the right direction to,...screw the fans. Again.

It's a shame all the hard work that went into designing the Banished armour for the Spartans was immediately destroyed by the scuffed store bundle that I refuse to buy. The armour looks awesome but out of principle, I'm not buying it.

I know this has nothing to do with Infinite. However my only favorite two Halo Games are Halo:Reach and Halo 3:ODST. Don’t get me wrong I’ve played all first shooter games but found more appreciation in those two only.

Yea I used to buy a few things per season but I haven’t bought anything since January with the SoF operation. Everything since then has just been super over priced and weirdly tone deaf. Idk how we went from the games best season with Season 5 six months ago to this. Really disheartening. From now on my final hopes are that we get VIP and Assault added. As soon as they announced seasons were gone, I made peace with the fact we weren’t ever getting new weapons or vehicles. But I hope at least those two modes as they’ve apparently been sitting basically done for ages (particularly VIP)

But yeah they should definitely make the shop worthy full of items. At one point I bought ONE battlepass, and I ONLY did it because the level progression for the one I chose, will give me enough in-game credits to get another without using my actual money. Theoretically another one would unlock the next, that costs 1k creds, and the remainder is enough to buy the 500 cred passes. BUT, I thought this new update would make unlocking things easier, but now I'm seeing it as their way of using my time in life as currency. It's eventually going to get old and even if I strategically use unlocked points to keep accessing passes, what am I really getting, if it's gonna be null and void by the time the next Halo game comes out? Will they implement a system to transfer my cosmetics? Do I actually even own the game since it's digital? Will Infinite eventually lose value and be forgotten? Questions I more than likely know the answer to.

Uninstalling Infinite over a year ago was sadly one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's too depressing to play your favorite franchise's game, and realize it's only 10% of what it could be.

I'll come back to the game in 2 years when the forgers/modders have taken over 👍

How I wish I could agree with this, but Halo Infinite is just not worth it at all for me anymore. Hopefully the next Halo game will have a better launch and better designs, weapons, and gameplay. Whenever it comes out.
