My God. This dude is citizen number one, I'd work with him in a heartbeat, even disagreeing with his politics. Integrity bleeds the fuck off of him, bless his heart, and how he did his employees, fucking king mode.........

Dude is walking around with serious intelligence. Being able to put what he's thinking into words as fast and well as he does is a gift.

I once worked in a small company at the very end of 90s that gave off a % of their profits at the end of the year. But it was based on how long you stayed in the company and how loyal you were. So basically the mantra was "shut up and be loyal".. you couldn't challenge anyone's opinion otherwise you would be singled out and your end year bonus would be close to nil. So basically we had this programmer who worked his ass of for 2 years, wasn't an asshole, very timid but he challenged some bad decisions on the part of the leaders and they didn't give him shit at the end of the year. He left the company and in 2 years he was a lead project manager of a 200+ people team in a big company because the other company realized the guy is so knowledgeable and visionary. Few years later he has his own 300+ company. Giving off a percentage of profit is a very tricky thing and company owners can actually abuse this system to punish smart people.
