Thank you!!! I’m 72 and have been diagnosed with a too high calcium production... I was also diagnosed with osteoporosis... I’ve been tested a couple of times and am scheduled for surgery to correct the excess calcium. I trust my Dr. and am a client at Sansum clinic in SantaBarbara... I learned a LOT with this video! Thank you so very much for all of your information! I understand so much more than I did!!! Blessings!🙋‍♀️♥️🤗

@@patriciarussell1177 I am and doing great! They removed the lower left corner of my parathyroid and it almost immediately put my levels at normal. As of today?( Jan 30, 2022, ) I’m doing great… I am doing IF( I can fast for long periods of time) and eating a basically keto diet, my liver is happy, my labs show my body cell count( red cells) are within normal range, and I’m doing really good health wise… I’m very on top of what I need to do to keep in a healthy range. My calcium level was high in a routine blood test. I cut out all supplements, per my doctor's orders, and had blood tested again 4 weeks later. The level is still high. This has made this my favorite video on the internet. Especially since the endocrinologist recommended is booked up until September. (today is 6/3/21)

@@galaxysurfer1122 mk7 is vitamin k it a form which last longer in the bloodstream than k2. K2 last around 4 hours, k7 around 8. (These are approximations and I'm going from memory. But it'll make the point). By taking k7 you'll reap better benefits. K7 will assist calcium in going into your bones where it needs to go. Does this answer your question?

Edit 7/6/21: I have low bone density but high arterial calcium plaque (CAC score of 594 a few days ago) though no body pain yet. Why does calcium go into my heart and not my bones? I've even been taking K2, D3, and magnesium for last 4 years. HERE IS THE EDIT: Because I got such a high score I went back to a place I had originally gotten a CAC scan. My last score two years ago was 193. On 7/3/21 THEY said it was now 164 - a decrease in CAC showing that the K2, D3, magnesium works. I'm in the process of trying to find out the discrepancy. Perhaps they are using two different scoring methods. The 164 is the Agatston score. Not good - but IMPROVING!
