I will give it a try again when then the weather is warmer. Also going to use a different battery pack and check tsm settings(preferably off)

You need to go with a 20t pinion and a 65 or 70t spur!!! You will be amazed!!!! Try it, I promise you will thank me, you shouldn't have to much clogging if any at all!!

Also downsize to tires that don't balloon!! Get something like rim huggers!!

@@andresvillagomez75 I actually didn't punch the throttle when driving it so I couldn't say. It does have a lot of low end torque though.

Hmm. I have a 50 tooth Spur and a 17 tooth pinion and I got 54mph.. so with a 18 tooth pinion, you should be getting like 56 or 57.

I've found out that this happens when the steering d/r is accidentally bumped too high from transporting. So now I always make sure the d/r is in the correct position (I've set the dialed on the transmitter for d/r instead of the default)

Speed runs and no motor fans, sure fire way to ruin a motor...

I usually check the motor temp frequently and in this case, everything's all good. Haven't had any issues so far even on dirt and of course it still doesn't hurt to check the motor temp frequently. I would put a fan in if the motor get's too hot but I haven't gotten to that point yet.
