動画を見て行ってきました！とっても美味しかったです。私のお勧めは、ほうれん草の炒め物。ちょっと目から鱗のメニュー。ニンニクの香りが食欲をそそり、秒で完食でした。家族のお勧めは、かに玉。ふわふわ卵にカニの風味、あっさりの餡がGOOD！今まで、お店の存在は知っていたもののなぜか足が向かなかったのですが、この動画を見て「行こう！」と家族で一致。良いお店を紹介していただき、ありがとうございます。

ここねぇ、台湾ラーメンも美味いけど24:40～作られてる鶏唐の地獄炒めが超美味いのよ。辛さも選べて普通にしたけど丁度いいピリ辛さでカシューナッツの食感と鶏肉の柔らかさのマッチが良くて超おすすめ！これから行く人いたら食べてほしい

The volume of prep before service was impressive. It equates to hundreds of covers for their lunch period. It’s also impressive the level of silence in production during a very busy service. Really impressive production team that never seemed to slow down until service was nearing the end. If only all kitchens worked this smoothly.

This got to be the best video on a restaurant that has the best preparation system, everybody has their own duty for each station and food. The food looks super good and fresh too. I know it tastes good even tho I didn't even eat it because its well prepared. This is awesome!

If I am not mistaken, I had seen this head chef in another episode in KZfaq before. He is easy to recognised. His cooking skills with a wok are exceptional. He is extremely talented in cooking. btw, Yum....all the food looks delicious to the extent of being sinful to watch at nighttime

I love Chinese food all the time, it is always cook in high heat. The preparation is nurturing if you love to work in this field. I admire the coordination and patience for all the workers which make a restaurant busy and customers are your best advertising in this business. I want to visit Japan again to visits this kind of restaurants. Japan is a very clean country when the pandemic did not arrived yet the chopstick is sterilize by the next person to use. Amazing food

朝から沢山並んでいるのを見ると人気店だね旨そうだ。ラーメンもうま味調味料の粉末多めにカラメかけて、いるし、従業員数めちゃくちゃ多いのに導線と担当がしっかり割り振られていて無駄がないね、あと中華鍋に布巾が結束バンド？で止めて合っていいねあとモジャモジャ頭のにーちゃんの腕が太いしいい筋肉しているね

@@diansetyo9385 It is Chinese food. Japanese don't use woks to cook. It is Chinese cooks that are cooking maybe a bit modified for Japanese but still Chinese food. Japanese themselves also acknowledge these dishes Chao Han (fried rice), Mapodoufu, shaomai and gyoza are Chinese cuisine 中華料理. Here the restaurant is called 台湾料理 which means Taiwanese food but the dishes are ethnic Chinese dishes with slight variations so it is still Chinese food.

@@diansetyo9385 actually many japanese fast meal restaurants originated from chinatowns in japan such as ramen restaurants. but they have been in japan over 100 years and their dishes have adopted japanese preferences. so they probably have became part of japanese cuisine. but i can tell this particular restaurant serves more authentic chinese dishes. ( not those japanized chinese dishes). its a chinese restaurant from taiwan. its written on the cloth of all the staffs.

That's interesting. I am a Taiwaner, but some of the dishes that I've never seen here. First, we don't put gravy on the fried rice. And, the noodle is actually Japanese ramen with some Taiwanese inspiration which is good though.

I made this tonight which came out very good and tasty. I did not have any avocado / 🥒 cucumbers or white rice but I had some leftover jamaican rice & peas and man I did hit the spot even though I was last minute. I will be better prepared next go around 😊

The constant handling of the wok must be incredibly taxing on the arms, particularly the elbows. It would be interesting to find out if the chefs do any active recuperation outside of the workplace.
