まな板をしっかり洗い流されていたシーンが全てを物語ってるけど、厨房が綺麗。清潔。ご主人の人柄が出ていそう。お好み焼きを裏返した瞬間、あー好きなやつだと思った。料理の仕上がり図もセンスを感じる。大阪在住だけど、意外にここっていうところがないだけに早速行かせてもらいます。

The thing that stood out to me most as an American is how he said "There's a lot of cabbage in this. It's very good for you. Lots of fiber." I don't think I've ever heard a chef here (at least where I live) talk about the choice of ingredients specifically because it's good for you. That's amazing!

素直に美味しそうです。キャベツの仕込みシーンも良いですが、鉄板の使い方が良い。しかし、メニュー多すぎ！　遠方からの来店では、制覇できない… ベーシックに豚玉と焼きそばが良いのかな？　今度、行ってみたいです。

He is an amazing chef. Using those big heavy knives and cutting so precisely requires a lot of practice and he has mastered that skill. I love the way those grills are set on the table.

I like the fact that his work surface is just one giant cutting board. Makes perfect sense actually 😀 Looks like a nice place to try out Osaka-style okonomiyaki. Never had it, only Hiroshima-style.

Really enjoy the fact that it's a basic and small menu, kept clean (although that is mainly due to being a newly opened restaurant as well as the workers maintaining equipment) and overall a nice small and enjoyable place.

15.6年前まで立売堀で働いてました、その頃にこのお店あったら絶対行ってたなぁ‼️お好み焼きも焼きそばもそれ以外の一品も超美味そうやし、お店の雰囲気も人も最高やねぇ‼️今は本州離れてるので関西に帰ったら是非伺いたいです。

That chef is the hardest working guy I've ever seen - the tempo he keeps up to serve so many people so fast is incredible. I hope he gets well paid for both the quality of his food and his hard work!! Clearly customers love his food and appreciate his flavors! I dont know what all the ingrendients are but I would have tried pretty much everything! LOL
