Ingredients:
Split black gram lentils (urad dal) - 1 cup
Sorghum (jowar) flour - 2 cups
Salt - 2 tsp
MAKES 24 idlis
MINT CHUTNEY ingredients:
Oil - 2 tsp
Chickpea lentils - 1 tbsp
Split black gram lentils - 1/2 tbsp
Red chillies - 3 nos.
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Mint leaves - 1/3 cup
Curry leaves - 1/3 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Tamarind - Marble sized
Serves 3 persons
