How to recreate the Galaxy Skin material as seen in Fortnite by Epic Games. Topics covered: Skyboxes, materials graphs, UV manipulation, fresnel functions, texture handling.
Note: There's some extra background noise in this one. Turns out if you want lots of trucks to drive past your house, just turn on a microphone.

I tried to make it in UE4.26 and there is an error comes when I try to connect Reflection vector and Texture Sample. UPD: if you see an error like float3 to float2 incompatibility, then you should use Mask(R,G) node because Texture sample accepts only vector2 but Reflection Vector returns vector3. UPD.UPD - it happens only if you are using DDS format of Galaxy

Hey, awesome video!! Could you make a tutorial on how to make a radial blur post process material. Ive seen a few tutorials on the forums but they all use HLSL custom nodes, none of which work anymore, believe me, I tried. Would be much appreciated!!!

There are no tutorials on how to make a retroreflective material in ue4 anywhere. is it not posable in PBR rendering because we dont have access to any light vector? you are amazing at working around PBRs shortcomings like in your space videos or cell shader video. do you know how to do it or is it simply imposable inside PBR? Please answer.
