When compared to a Kirby Smart, who wants to eviscerate Florida in every aspect of the game - Billy really IS Too Nice. To be successful as UF's coach you have to have the heart of a stone cold killer! Even Urban - who most definitely had the desire and ability - could not sustain that level of intensity. It takes a rare individual. You want to dominate at a Top 5 program then you have to be a relentless beast EVERY DAY.
