TJ showed the formula in rounds 4/5; leg kicks to slow down footwork and TDs. His boxing isn't incredibly crisp; it's his speed. Take that away, and he's more than stoppable. Either way, he's still a f'ing stud.

Man, after Belfort knocked Luke out cold with the spinning heel kick from hell it took a couple of years for Luke to stop crying about it, I don't think he will ever get over getting knocked out by Michael fucking Bisping lol, Bisping owned Luke in the fight and then he destroyed his fragile little ego even more at the press conf lmao, it really was a thing of beauty.

Just revisiting this press conference because it's so entertaining. Bisping should come out of retirement to fight Luke again for the 3rd time. Bisping with one eye and Luke with no chin. Pretty fair and even. I'd love to watch the interviews.
