Gane won the judges must favor Francis . He barley touched gane . Gane put out so many more touching strikes . Elbows spinning elbow. Spinning heel kick submission locks jabs hooks legs strikes . And take downs over due all that ?

@@nftsupporter9603 that’s how mma is scored. It’s not so much the takedowns themselves. It’s the ground control. Overall dominance is how this sport is scored. Ground control with damage or not counts towards that. Gane will be back

Even i m from india i almost melt and cried he is a sweetheart 😙 😭 gane lost his fight because he was surely thinking a lot about what had happened between ngannou and his coach and him... Well I can't say "I told u so", bc Gane lost, but Gane's performance was still impressive. Won the first 2 and expertly evaded Ngannou and hit him w/ some hard shots of his own. And even in the grappling, most men would have withered under Ngannou's weight, but until the last round, Gane defended himself in HORRIBLY vulnerable positions, kept the scrambles going, and fought back to his feet. He will continue to improve . Ngannou and Gane are clearly head and shoulders above the rest of the division. And don't come at me w/ that "but tOm AsPinaL!" sh t. Big up bro! You are an inspiration. Two of the most inspirationak and best fighters in the world clashed tonight. Loved the fight. Ciryl's cardio is a little bit overestimated by the media, cause it's very hard to keep that bouncy style for 5 rounds at 250lbs. That's not the case. The difference was like 10 pounds and either way - I've been watching Gane's every fight and he tends to slow down at the end of the third/beginning of the 4th. His movement stops being so sharp and he caught the second wind against Jair and Volkov in the 5th, but that second wind wasn't as sharp as in the beginning. All in all, really amazed by gane's performance, all really proud to have cheered for him. Putting aside all his class act, humbleness and all around likeable character, gane was fantastic in that fight. he lost a really really close fight (3-2 for ngannou) and did amazing in it. He said he is going to manage that power and he really did manage it. Also, he was the one which engaged a lot and by the end of round 2 he was in full control on the feet. Ngannou clearly improved in grappling and he is just a truck of strenght, considering he defended stipe's tk attempt and he also got stipe down, I believe Gane did really well on the ground too. It is clear that he was in strenght disadvantage, but he still managed to not get hurt and defend well. He scrambled and fought all the way. If not for a mistake in round 5, Gane could have been the champ. At the end of the day, I am so glad that this was not a devastating loss in which the contender which loses either gets brutally knocked out or just absorbes too much damage to the head to the point where you do not know when they will start to not be the same person. A close fight with minimal damage taken, a good learning experience and nothing less than a performance to be proud of. Bon Gamin, will be rooting for you in the future.

100% ! Gsp made a mistake against Hughes 1 going to that Kimura that cost him the armbar but came back stronger than ever. Ciryl will bounce back, you learn more from your defeat

Cyril vs Rozenstruik I think Francis is leaving ufc to box he wants to be a heavyweight prizefighter like Fury, Whyte, Usyk, Joshua etc

I am no pro but i think Ciryl made mistake going for takedown in round 5 he was already dominated with wrestling by Francis i think he should have continue with his striking because ha came more agressive in that last round

Exactly he would have won the fight if he kept it standing in the 5th round
